Our client is a busy creative service business located in Tauranga, and they are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly full – time administrative assistant to manage some of the day-to-day activities, provide support services to the rest of the staff, and process accounts as well as being the first point of contact for customers to join their team.

This is a position for a great multi–tasker with a “can do” attitude, strong communication skills and a sound administrative background. To top off the wish list you should be confident, outgoing and cheerful!

 Main duties include:

  • Front desk reception and customer service
  • Processing of debtors and creditors
  • Banking and Payroll procedures
  • Data input and database maintenance
  • Email and in house work orders
  • Working with MS Word, Excel & Publisher
  • Preparation of end of month financial reports
  • Reconciliations and journals

Experience with Moneyworks would be advantageous, however not essential.

They are looking for a person who has previous accounts experience and who will add value to the business with their exceptional customer service skills.

If you are a fun, creative person with “heaps” of initiative who possesses good time management skills and can work autonomously in a busy office – you would be great for this varied role

Remuneration will be based on experience.
