Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and develop marketing material including flyers, brochures, marketing proposals, marketing reports and email marketing
- Preparing Sale and Purchase and Lease Agreements
- Auction preparation
- Liaising with external key clients, suppliers and the marketing team
- Personal Assistant duties for the Managing Director and Sales Consultants
- Ongoing liaison and building strong relationships with a wide range of people including Councils
- Database management and administrative tasks
- Invoicing of marketing expenses
- Social media management
Key Skill and Attributes include:
- Previous real estate marketing and administration experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing materials, a flair for design and creative ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Well organised, forward thinking and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Good numeracy and calculation skills
- Team player that contributes to results
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. A working knowledge of Campaign Track would be a definite advantage
This is an incredibly diverse role; therefore, you must have a passion for real estate, with a positive and proactive attitude towards your work. A Real Estate Licence will be an advantage but not compulsory.
