Communications and Group Services Manager

Specialised role in Communications, Brand Development and People Management that focusses on engagement, support and awareness across multiple channels. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Communications Expert on behalf of our Client for a newly created position. This role forms part of the Management Team with an emphasis on strategic and operational tasks.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage the planning and execution of all outbound communications to key stakeholders

- Develop and manage a small inbound communications team

- Lead, review and foster the existing set of group services and solutions

- Create brand awareness and lead the implementation phase alongside agencies and relevant stakeholders

- Manage the digital and social media strategies

Key Skills and Attributes required:

- Proven experience and understanding of the communications discipline

- Previous history in service delivery

- Understanding and experience of brand development

- Experience with digital and social media channels

- Well developed and respected people management skills

- Ability to think strategically and work operationally

- Previous experience in the building industry an advantage but not essential
