An enquiring mind will see you naturally looking for ways to improve existing processes, delivery and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vessel Operations – monitoring vessel movements and fixtures

- Post fixture operations and laytime calculations

- Liaising with Shipping Agents, service providers and overseas offices

- Key pivot in the distribution of shipping information internally – liaising with accounts,

   port operations and senior management

- Data analysis and report writing

- Administration of shipping contracts and fixtures

- Key relationship management between a wide range of stakeholders

- Projects

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- A great team player with a can-do attitude

- Motivated with good initiative

- Excellent eye for detail

- Focus on high levels of accuracy

- Strong administrator and organiser

- Methodical approach to tasks

- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure

- An eye for problem solving

- Previous shipping experience is an advantage but not essential

- Knowledge and experience working with Excel and Word
