We are currently seeking applications for an Experienced Administrator to join our clients large corporate team based in the heart of Tauranga. This is a highly varied role where a high level of organisation and coordination is essential. On Offer:

  • Fixed term until December 2019

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage an efficient and effective high-quality administration service to the Department Manager
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for key stakeholders
  • Arranging catering and setting up meeting rooms
  • Attend various group meetings and take minutes as required
  • Manage purchase orders and receipting
  • Administration support for the surrounding teams

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be reactive to an ever-changing workday
