Trust Account Administrator & Office Accounts

We are currently seeking an experienced Trust Account Administrator and Office Accounts person to join our client who is a long-established commercial conveyancing Legal firm based in Central Tauranga. Offering Permanent Part Time hours over 3 days, this is an ideal role for someone looking for a work life balance.  A great opportunity working amongst a small friendly team that work hard but enjoy a bit of fun at the same time.

The Position:

  • Preparing Trust Account batches
  • Trust Account data entry using Law Base
  • Monthly reconciliations and balances
  • Completing and balancing moth end cash books
  • General accounting duties including PAYE & GST returns
  • Reconciling Trust Account Ledgers

 

Skills Required:

  • Accurate and efficient typing skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Competent with Law Base
  • Ability to be confident in dealing with a loyal client base
  • Excellent organisational abilities and able to prioritise tasks
