  • Preparation of quotes and follow up
  • Creating jobs in Simpro
  • Scheduling and distributing jobs
  • Ordering/purchase orders
  • Liaising with site workers
  • Liaising with Builders
  • Invoicing Group Housing
  • Liaising with Council regarding inspections
  • Creating gas certificates for sign off
  • Liaising with suppliers for quotes and credits
  • Compliance eg. Forwarding as builts/producer statements as completed
  • Archiving of old jobs eg documents saved electronically when completed
  • Health and safety administration, book and record meetings
  • Systems and processes
  • Filing and general administration
  • Other jobs as required to support the operations and administration of the Company
  • Book team meetings, organise agendas, take minutes
  • Employee courses and training
  • Team well being
  • Record and manage reworks including insurance claims
  • Payroll
  • Employee set up and inductions
  • Marketing overview, newsletters, website, social media, promotions (developed over time)
  • Insurance claims on jobs
  • Oversee customer complaints
  • 1 Direct Report
