About the role:

Due to constant growth, a new and unique opportunity has been created for a key person to join their dedicated and collective team who will be responsible for 3 fundamental areas of the role; Key Account Management, Estimating, and the Showroom. Provision of superior service across all 3 areas is essential along with the ability to progress enquiry through to completion stage, this includes; job estimating and costings, proposals, reviewing projects, managing install dates and times, inventory, administration, relationship management, showroom, off-site visits and use of RFMS (industry software).

  • Coordinating products, plans, pricing
  • Keeping updated with product range
  • Liaison with multiple parties
  • Building solid relationships
  • Estimating and quoting
  • Reading and interpreting floor and house plans
  • Showroom assistance alongside other team members

About you:

Non-negotiable requirements include existing floor covering industry experience, previous estimating and measuring experience, relationship, customer service and sales skills. Additionally, you will have a strong work ethic and integrity, obtain excellent communication skills – professionalism, a willingness to learn and retain information, be a technical thinker with capability, have a good understanding of numbers and a keen eye for detail.

With a total refurbishment of office and building currently, the successful candidate will be working in a new and modern environment. Hours for this role include Mon-Fri 8.30 – 5 and rostered Saturday’s 9-3. A base salary and generous commission component will offer a high performer an attractive remuneration package.
