About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our clients supportive team as a Receptionist and Office Support. This is a Part time position working Monday to Friday 0900- 1530 based in the beautiful location of Bethlehem

In this role you will:

  • Welcome all visitors and provide assistance as necessary
  • Provide administration assistance to the Village Manager and Sales Team
  • Ensure a welcoming and helpful service to residents, visitors and staff
  • Answer all phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with general enquiries from maintenance requests  to general advice
  • Additional support for special events and functions

Core Requirements

  • Provide outstanding custom er service to all residents
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A reliable, mature and professional manner
  • Strong knowledge of working with various IT systems including Word, Excel and CRM databases
