Production Administrator

The main focus for this role is to accurately administer the production process and provide office support to the Operations Manager and Managing Director.

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

- Maintain and create construction schedules

- Update Accredo database with client and supplier information

- Prepare Plan Packs including checking of colours, variations to working drawings

- Process applications for building consents

- Purchase orders

- Inventory and templates maintenance

- Assist with pricing and amendments

- Constant liaison with Councils for follow up documentation

This is a role that requires a generous amount of organisation and being able to have your finger on the pulse with many tasks and activities across a number of areas.
