Our client is an internationally recognized logistics and supply chain business based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. A fantastic opportunity has presented itself to be part of a dedicated team within the finance department. The nature of this industry will mean you thrive on pressure, deadlines and have excellent attention to detail. This is essentially an advanced Data Entry role, so accuracy is key!

Responsibilities include:

  • Timely completion of export documentation
  • Accurate completion of ship plans within set deadlines
  • Accurate data entry of all suppliers
  • Preparation of customer reports
  • Liaise with the internal and external team as required
  • Support the wider fiance team were required

Key Skill and Attributes include:

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft office, with a focus on Excel
  • Accuracy and speed in data entry
  • Strong work ethic, along with being able to work under pressure
  • Good time management and able to prioitise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
