Accounts Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our clients Commercial Property Team based in Tauranga central. This is an 8 month fixed term role working with a dedicated and inclusive team.

Job Tasks

– Full management of the accounting system (OPM)including:

  • Receipting
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Entering creditor invoices and coding to the correct general ledger account
  • On charge tenants their respective share
  • Paying creditors
  • End of month rollover and reporting
  • Owner pay-outs
  • Calculate, file and pay GST returns

Key Requirements

  • Responding to creditor and debtor inquiries
  • Sending statements and following up arrears
  • Liaising with property managers regarding their properties financials
  • Communicating with client’s accountants and preparing financial information
  • Reconciling the annual operating budgets
  • Forecast and calculate operating budgets for the next financial year
  • Draw up financial accounts for Body Corporate annual general meetings
  • Full management of Troop Investments accounts in Xero
