Our client, a well respected local company that have created a niche market for bespoke products are seeking a well rounded Administrator who can manage a busy workload and thrive amongst a team of people who are supportive and collaborative. This position is a key cog in the wheel of success ensuring the smooth running of many moving parts.

The Role


  • Managing of all incoming customer enquiries via various methods
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Advising customers on products and services, resolving issues and concerns
  • Financial tasks including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable
  • Company fleet management, scheduling maintenance, compliance and tracking usage
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pickups

Marketing Coordination (experience preferred/training provided)

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing promotional materials
  • Manage social media accounts, posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement
  • Gather market research and data to support marketing strategies
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities

 About You

  • Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounts related tasks
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and other software packages
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
