Our client is seeking a fast paced, go-getter that is highly productive and seeking a role with a growing company where no two days are the same. Integral to this role is having someone who can work under pressure, pivot with change and adapt to whatever comes their way.

This position offers responsibility and ownership at a senior level for an experienced office, accounts and administration person that is not afraid of hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General accounting tasks; AP, AR, reconciliations, payments
  • Payroll – weekly using Xero
  • Processing of claims and variations
  • Aged debtor management
  • Financial performance analysis and forecasting (budget experience an advantage)
  • Liaising with internal stake holders regarding customers, accounts and job related tasks
  • Health and Safety documentation, and ongoing communications with Operations personnel
  • IT support and coordination within office
  • Adhoc tasks including administration and event coordination
  • Sound knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero (SimPro an advantage)
