Clinic Administrator/Scheduler
- Temp role starting in April through until the end of May but could be ongoing until end of September (5 Months)
- Varied role, interesting and diverse
- Administration tasks supporting follow up bookings and appointments, referrals
- Scheduling and prioritising appointments
- Data entry, printing reports
- Some patient contact delivering key information
- Seeking a highly organised person who can juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to problem solve and cross reference key data
- Efficient, thorough, accurate and excellent attention to detail
- A vital role and key cog working in a clinic with like-minded professionals – caring, thoughtful and sincere
