This role sits amongst a highly successful and driven team and they are seeking a key person to provide support in coordinating many moving parts. As their Executive Assistant you are greatly valued and acknowledged for your contribution and subsequently will be at the heart of this team ensuring smooth processes and an efficient workflow is applied that will ensure best outcomes.
We are searching for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and uses initiative. You will be the glue that brings everything together and successfully manage the combination of creating and maintaining information, data and documentation.
Key Tasks Include:
- Preparing agreements and relevant contract documentation
- Booking and assisting in managing property photoshoots (training provided)
- Maintain, edit and create bookings for website listings
- Creating and maintaining flyer leaflets and booklets
- Adhoc tasks working with and supporting the marketing team
- Prepare all documentation for the closing of sale campaigns
- Prepare material for presentation slides, order of sales and booking of venue
- Database management
- Ongoing client liaison and communications
- Sales support functions; prepare sales sheets, reports, updates on different platforms
- Maintaining system updates and changes from Head Office for database and branding
