The Roles
- Frontline, meeting and greeting patients
- Appointments, bookings and calendar management
- Data entry patient notes
- Follow up enquiries
- Clinic preparation and administration
- ACC files and documentation
- Accounts preparation
Key Skills & Experience
- Expert people skills and strong verbal communications
- Well groomed, professional presentation
- Ability to show empathy and compassion
- Experience in problem solving and quick decision making
- Sound skills in attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent written communications and superior editing skills
- Tech savvy with sound computer knowledge and use
- Basic accounts knowledge (an advantage)
