Our client, a professional public medical practice are seeking an engaging and welcoming Receptionist for their purpose-built modern clinic. You will be part of a team that enjoy and respect your co-workers, working amongst a positive and welcoming environment. An inspiring place to work, this is a unique opportunity that doesn’t arise often due to low staff turnover.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Appointments, bookings and follow up actions
  • Updating patient information
  • Follow up enquiries
  • Clinic preparation
  • Actioning incoming mail
  • General administration tasks
  • Handling sensitive documentation
  • Data Entry

Key Skills & Experience required

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Expert people skills and strong verbal communications
  • Well groomed, professional presentation
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion
  • Experience in problem solving and quick decision making
  • Sound skills in attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent written communications and superior computer skills
  • Confidentiality
