Customer Services Coordinator

Our client is seeking a multitasker that is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. They are in need of a key person to take responsibility and totally own their role.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience required:

  • Responsible for administration processes between plant and product
  • Manage all job requirements, data entry and ensure information is compliant and communicated to the required parties
  • Support operational managers, area coordinators and technicians on required information
  • Experience in operations administration and/or customer service
  • High level of computer literacy and accurate data entry
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and effective time management
  • Experience in fumigation or shipping industry is advantageous but not essential
