Customer Services Coordinator
Our client is seeking a multitasker that is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. They are in need of a key person to take responsibility and totally own their role.
Responsibilities, Skills and Experience required:
- Responsible for administration processes between plant and product
- Manage all job requirements, data entry and ensure information is compliant and communicated to the required parties
- Support operational managers, area coordinators and technicians on required information
- Experience in operations administration and/or customer service
- High level of computer literacy and accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and effective time management
- Experience in fumigation or shipping industry is advantageous but not essential
