Our Client:
A privately owned security solutions business known to be one of the most respected in the district and surrounding areas, are ideally seeking an experienced Locksmith to join their dedicated team of professionals. Or an entry level Locksmith that is ambitious and keen to be supported through career pathways.
The purpose of this role is to deliver expert locksmithing services within a workshop setting across residential, commercial, automotive, and safe security applications. This role includes key cutting and programming, lock assembly, safe servicing, and non-destructive entry methods—ensuring top-tier service, technical excellence, and secure practices.
Key Responsibilities
- General Locksmith work including workshop, residential, commercial, automotive, and restricted key systems.
- Technical skills with the ability to problem solve.
- High standard of work with attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously.
About You:
- Proven experience as a locksmith, although will consider entry level.
- Have a clean, full driver’s license.
- Pass a police check.
- Excellent communication skills between customers and the team.
- Well organised with great time management skills.
- Enjoy working in a team.
Preferred Qualifications for an existing Locksmith:
- Locksmith trade qualification or working towards
- Experience with safe lock manipulation, drilling techniques (non-destructive where possible), and safe repair.
- Use of industry tools and software.
- Knowledge of restricted key systems and associated compliance requirements.
