Our client is seeking a key person to manage the administration function in their factory and you will be working with a variety of people/teams including; Drivers, Storeman, Warehouse, Sales, and Management.
Key Functions of the Role
- Data entry
- Checking orders
- Completing shipping documentation
- Organising freight
- Email and calendar management
- Customer service/coordinating with factory staff
- Stocktake and inventory assistance
- Uniform orders
- General administration and phone enquiries
About You
- Proven administration skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Strong communications that can adapt to a range of personalities
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Enjoys a factory/warehouse environment and the camaraderie
- Strong work ethic, integrity and honesty – non negotiable
- Methodical worker who enjoys processes
- Solid computer literacy and willingness to learn
