Our client is seeking a permanent, full-time team member to work in a client facing role with some front desk responsibilities and will provide administration support to internal staff.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, so we are seeking strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently and compassionately with people who may be experiencing challenging circumstances. Beyond greeting clients, the role involves supporting staff across all areas of administration, including booking training, coordinating travel, managing diaries, and assisting with office equipment and supplies.
A solid understanding of IT and technical capability who can troubleshoot basic technical issues is desireable. If you are a critical thinker and can approach problems methodically in a calm even manner then this could be a very rewarding role.
