The Role
- Booking appointments and follow up actions
- Provision of high-level services to patients
- Execute timely administration support to Clinical and Surgical teams
- Documentation, reports data entry
- Maintain patient records on databases
- Answering phones, scanning, filing
Key Skills & Experience
- Expert administration skills with a strong eye for detail
- Professional communicator, patience and empathy
- Ability to show compassion but maintain confidence
- Experience in problem solving and quick decision making
- Maintains high accuracy, thoroughly checks work, and upholds high standards
- Work with confidential and sensitive information
- Keeps a strong focus and stays on track
- Existing knowledge and experience with a variety of technology
